Amazon PPC management built around profit, not just ACOS

We structure, run and refine your Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns against the numbers that matter: contribution margin, TACoS and total sales growth.

What our Amazon PPC management includes

  • Account and campaign audit: where spend goes, which search terms convert and where money is being wasted.
  • Campaign structure: campaigns separated by match type, intent and product margin, so each bid has a clear job.
  • Keyword and target harvesting: converting search terms move from automatic and broad campaigns into exact match, and poor performers become negatives.
  • Bid and budget management: regular adjustments based on performance, placement and time of day where the data supports it.
  • Sponsored Brands and video: brand-level campaigns that defend your branded searches and introduce new products.
  • Reporting: spend, sales, ACOS, TACoS and new-to-brand results explained in plain language.

How we set targets

A good ACOS for one product can be a loss for another. Before we change a single bid, we work out your break-even ACOS for each product from price, Amazon fees, landed cost and returns. That gives every campaign one of three clear goals: launch (accept a higher ACOS to win ranking), profit (hold ACOS below break-even) or defend (protect branded and best-selling terms). We explain this approach in detail in our guide to Amazon PPC structure.

How we work

  1. Week 1: audit, break-even calculations and a restructure plan agreed with you.
  2. Weeks 2 to 4: new structure goes live in stages, so historic performance is not lost overnight.
  3. Ongoing: weekly search term reviews, bid changes and negative keywords, with a monthly strategy review.

What to expect

Restructured accounts often show less wasted spend within the first few weeks, because negative keywords and tighter targeting act quickly. Ranking and organic gains take longer. Advertising also cannot fix a listing that does not convert, so where images, price or reviews are the real problem we will tell you, and recommend listing optimization before more ad spend.

Frequently asked questions

What is a good ACOS on Amazon?

There is no single good number. A sensible target is below your break-even ACOS, which is your profit margin before advertising. A product with a 30% margin breaks even at 30% ACOS. Launch campaigns may run above that for a planned period.

What is the difference between ACOS and TACoS?

ACOS is ad spend divided by ad sales. TACoS is ad spend divided by total sales, including organic. TACoS shows whether advertising is building the whole business or just buying sales you would have earned anyway.

Is there a minimum ad budget?

We look at each account individually. The budget needs to be large enough to gather meaningful data on your main keywords, and we will tell you honestly if the budget and the goal do not match.

Do you manage Amazon DSP?

Our focus is Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, which is where most brands get the best return. We will advise if DSP makes sense once those are working well.
