Amazon account management with one accountable team

We run the daily work inside Seller Central, from account health and catalog fixes to pricing, cases and reporting, so problems are caught early and growth work never stalls.

What Amazon account management covers

Account management is the operational layer that everything else depends on. Great ads and great images cannot help a listing that is suppressed, out of stock or losing the Buy Box. Our managers work in your account every day and own these areas:

  • Account health: policy warnings, performance metrics, listing suppressions and stranded inventory, monitored daily and resolved quickly.
  • Catalog management: new listings, variations, flat file uploads, category and attribute corrections, and listing error fixes.
  • Seller Support cases: opening, following up and escalating cases until they are actually resolved.
  • Pricing and promotions: coupons, deals, Subscribe and Save, and pricing rules that protect margin.
  • Inventory coordination: shipment plans, restock alerts and aged inventory actions, working with your inventory planning.
  • Reporting: a plain-English weekly summary and a monthly review of sales, traffic, conversion, advertising and profit.

How we work

  1. Audit. We review account health, catalog quality, advertising, inventory and profitability, and agree priorities with you.
  2. Fix the foundations. Suppressed or broken listings, missing attributes and unresolved cases come first, because they block everything else.
  3. Run the weekly rhythm. Daily checks, weekly actions and a short written update so you always know what was done and why.
  4. Plan growth. Each month we review the numbers and choose the next growth levers, such as listing optimization, advertising changes or new product launches.

Who this service is for

This service fits brands that are already selling on Amazon and have outgrown doing everything themselves, and founders who want to stop spending evenings in Seller Central. It also suits teams that have a freelancer or virtual assistant handling tasks but nobody owning the overall result. If you are pre-launch, start with product research or our product launch service instead.

What to expect

In the first 30 days, expect a cleaner account: fewer suppressed listings, open cases closed and a clear baseline report. Sales growth usually follows from the improvements that come next, and the pace depends on your category, margins, stock position and review profile. We do not promise specific rankings or revenue figures, because nobody outside Amazon controls those. We do commit to clear priorities, consistent execution and honest reporting.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between account management and PPC management?

Account management covers the whole account: health, catalog, pricing, inventory coordination and reporting. PPC management focuses only on advertising. Most brands need both, and they work best when one team runs them together.

Do you need full access to my Seller Central account?

No. We never ask for your password. You grant us access through Amazon’s own controls, as an authorized partner with only the roles we need, so you stay the owner and can change or remove our access at any time.

Which marketplaces do you manage?

Our core experience is in Amazon US, UK and Australia. We also manage accounts on Walmart, TikTok Shop and eBay for brands that sell on several channels.

How quickly will I see results?

Operational fixes are usually visible within weeks. Sustained sales growth takes longer and depends on your category, stock and budget, so we set targets with you after the initial audit rather than before it.
