At a glance

  • Category: supplements, sold on Amazon.
  • Scope: full account management across 31 SKUs.
  • Work: listing rebuild, review strategy, PPC restructure and inventory planning.
  • Headline result: revenue up 312% over nine months.

The brief

The brand handed over the whole account. That matters, because in supplements the pieces depend on each other: advertising cannot perform if listings do not convert, listings cannot convert without reviews and trust, and none of it counts if best sellers run out of stock. Taking responsibility for all four areas meant they could be planned as one programme instead of four separate projects.

What we did

Listing rebuild. Each SKU was reworked around clearer titles, benefit-led bullets and a complete image set, with claims kept inside what supplement rules allow. In this category, wording matters: unsupported health claims put listings at risk.

Review strategy. Reviews were grown through compliant channels only, including Amazon’s own programmes and the Request a Review feature, alongside fixing the issues that negative reviews pointed to.

PPC restructure. Campaigns were reorganised so each product had clear discovery, performance and brand defence campaigns, with targets set from product margins. Our PPC structure guide describes the method.

Inventory planning. Forecasts and reorder points were set per SKU, so advertising was not pushing products that were about to run out.

The result

Over nine months, account revenue grew by 312%, taking the brand to seven-figure annual sales. The growth came from the combination: better-converting listings made advertising more efficient, steadier stock protected ranking, and a stronger review base supported both.

What other brands can take from this

  • Fix conversion before scaling ad spend.
  • Plan stock and advertising together.
  • In regulated categories, compliant copy is a growth strategy, not a restriction.
  • A catalog of 31 SKUs needs priorities: the first effort goes to the products with the most demand and margin.
