Amazon Brand Registry support, from trademark to brand tools
Brand Registry gives you more control over your listings and unlocks Amazon’s best marketing tools. We help you enrol correctly and make full use of what it opens up.
What Brand Registry gives you
- A+ Content and Brand Story to explain your product and brand below the fold.
- A Brand Store: a multi-page storefront on Amazon.
- Sponsored Brands and video ads.
- Amazon Vine for early, compliant reviews.
- Brand Analytics: search term and market basket data.
- Protection tools: Report a Violation, and eligibility for programs such as Transparency and Project Zero.
- More authority over listing content for your own brand.
What our support includes
- Eligibility check: confirming your trademark type and status meet Amazon’s requirements in your marketplace.
- Trademark guidance: what to file and where, working with a trademark attorney or through Amazon IP Accelerator. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice.
- Enrolment: application, product and packaging images showing the brand, and verification follow-up.
- Fixing brand issues: listings that show the wrong brand name, contribution errors and merged or duplicate listings.
- Activation: A+ Content, Brand Store and Sponsored Brands set up after approval.
- Protection: reporting infringing sellers and listing hijackers.
How enrolment works
- Trademark: you need a registered trademark, or in many countries a pending application, for a text or image mark that appears on the product or packaging.
- Application: submitted from the Seller Central account that will manage the brand.
- Verification: Amazon sends a code to the trademark contact on record, which is passed back to complete enrolment.
- Brand tools go live in the account, usually shortly after approval.
What to expect
Timing depends mostly on the trademark. Pending applications are accepted from many trademark offices, which can shorten the wait considerably. Brand Registry improves your control but does not stop every bad actor automatically; it gives you faster, stronger ways to act when problems appear.

Frequently asked questions
Can I enrol with a pending trademark?
In many countries, yes. Amazon accepts pending applications from a number of trademark offices, and its IP Accelerator program connects sellers with vetted law firms. We check the current rules for your marketplace before you file.
Does the brand name have to be on the product?
Yes. Amazon expects the brand name or logo to be permanently affixed to the product or its packaging, and asks for photos that show it.
Will Brand Registry remove hijackers from my listing?
Not automatically. It gives you the tools and standing to report them, and optional programs such as Transparency can prevent counterfeit units being listed. We handle the reporting process for you.
