China is the most common source for private label products, but we also look at suppliers in countries such as Vietnam, India, Turkey and Pakistan, and domestic suppliers where lead time or tariffs make that the better choice.
How do I know a supplier is legitimate?
We check business registration, ask for certifications and references, use secure payment terms and arrange independent inspection before the final payment. A sample order is always the first real test.
What is a pre-shipment inspection?
An independent inspector visits the factory when production is finished, checks a random sample of units against your specification and reports defects before the goods leave. It costs far less than receiving faulty stock.
